Cancellation:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Returns/Exchange
Customers can return product in following conditions:
- The customer received the wrong product.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
- Return time: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Product conditions: To be eligible for a return, All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Contact information: Leave a message on “Contact Us” page at the bottom of the site, or send us email to customersupport@giiker.ae before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service.
- Return address: On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns.
- Return charges: We will bear the return or exchange shipping fee for any defective items. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.
- Other charges: There are no other charges.
Refunds
- Refund conditions: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received your returned parcel and initiate a refund to you.
- Method of refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your to the original method of your payment.
- Refund time: You will receive the refund within 45days from the date your refund was approved.
